its been ages since i've updated this blog..

& i think i have "kan kai le" for alot of things..

even u can get all the things u wan in life.. but maybe u are too blinded and have missed out alot of the little simple happines..

and i feel fortunate, really.. that i m not someone rich or earns alot..

money can really bring u alot of things, physically..

but it can become an obsession too..

and many people unknowinly become a slave for money..

i may not be very smart or very pretty..

friends laugh at my silliness (or u can call it stupidity if u want) and awe at the number of things i don't know..

they are the ppl who laugh and share my joy.. and also the people who see me cry and lend me their shoulders and ears..

i have a mummy who takes great care of me and the family..

who literally did everythin for me..

& after goin one big round once again, ricky and i are together again..

after datin afew more people.. (or in his case, i won't call it datin..)

i found the guy whom i fell in love with years ago..

and i believe we learn to cherish each other more and think in another's point of view..

i don't have angelic face or a to-die-for figure..

nor i m rich and powerful.. (which i am thankful for..) but just enough to spend..

but i have all the people i need around me.. and they truly make a difference..

i wokeup everyday, feelin very xin fu.. :)

in frankfurt nown feelin very sorry for myself..

the trip to the doctor did some damage to her pocket..

in london right now..

caught avatar with elaine even though i've watched it in singapore le..

bought tickets online & afterwhich realised that the oxford cinema is not the oxford we assumed it is..

it's another 60 miles away..

so we got no choice but to go to another theatre and re-purchase the tickets..

so the originally 10pounds ticket became 20 pounds instead..

went supermarket n had a late dinner..

my weekends were great..

i caught little big soldier with baby yesterday evenin..

and managed to spend some time with him..

even though i rejected tm's & lmm's meetup.. & irene's too..

but i feel happy..

contented he's beside me..

happy chinese new year to all today..

it's our cousins' tradition every year to take a pic n play drinkin games..

met someone i've not seen for almost 2 years..

time flies..

n0w she's happily n blissfully married lia0.. ^_^

& her hubby is sooo sweet..

grand proposal plus a 24k de proposal ring!!!

he was tellin me he spent 3mths to read up on diamonds & a year to 15k for the ring & paid the remainin by installments..

we wete chit chattin & at one point of time she, lookin so girl & xin fu said, "ben ta zhen de hen teng wo lor.."

i felt so envious & at the same time, so happy for her..

i'm sure he dotes on her alot.. not many guy will spend 1 year to save 15k & dump the lump sum of money on a proposal ring.. (somemore still not enough hor..)

i would be lucky already if HE got me a 10k ring..

i guess proposals are very important to girls c0z it's the only thing that u can only have it once in your this lifetime..

the same goes for the ring.. u won't get a second one again.. & it's the only thing u can't buy it for yourself, no matter how rich you are..

this is one of the most memorable moments in life bah.. =)

yesterday i just told someone that yes i m very xin fu now & i hope he is the same as me..

back from london this evenin & i was really tired..

bathe, changed & out i go again..

sydney was fun despite the fact it was, sydney!!

the drinkin & five ten session..

the bo liao dvds watchin..

fortunately K was on my flight.. for i forgot to bring my thermometer..
* or should i say i did not know i have to bring it..

anyway he saved my day for he had a spare one.. *phew*

five ten in the galley was fun with S & Y..

the loser had to drink what we do not / do not like to drink..

for the first time in my life i tasted tomato juice & i think it sucks..

i pinched my nose & took a sip & i nearly puked..

we also mixed some drinks together & one of them was tomato juice with milk..

trust me, the taste was reallyyyy weird..

but not as bad as tomato juice, i swear..

it was a crazy flight with very little sleep for me..

went partyin with irene & afew gfs on fri night & got quite high..

asked baby to come bring me home..

not only was he not angry.. i think he finds it funny that i was vomittin into a plastic bag while in the cab on the way home..

i didn't want to get up coz i don't feel good & got no appetite..

he persuaded me to get up to drink the soup..

but just few days ago, he irritated me again..

last night i sort of like chided this close friend of mine..

i don't feel good about it but i am really angry with her..

i know that he treats her quite well..

but we are also the ones who console her when things are ugly between them..

when she has problems and he's not around..

when she needs help or a listenin ear..

we are always placed behind him.. even at times he is bein so damn ridiculous..

how can she let him be so unreasonable..

how can she be so "zhong se qin you" towards us..

things will not get better after another 1.5yrs or so..

it will only get worse coz by then, weekdays are reserved for him too..

i feel even more fed up when i saw what was it that they are celebratin..

an event she told us like mths ago & reminded us a present is a must..

i guess it only boils down to one thing..

that is, she rather spend all her time with him than a small portion with us..

& it is really a disapoointin truth that hurts..

just came back from hongkong yesterday..

gave me my present in a box.. which i refused to open to take a look..

in the end he had to open the box himself and made me look inside..

my sulk turned into a smile..

he explained that when he was about to leave home.. he recounted the lilies & realised he was short of 4..

he already tried to fold them as quickly as possible and rushed down..

how can still be angry at him..

though the very want face de me replied, "u should have counted them earlier & not before u leave home.."

**sunnies.. i got TWO brothers okie..

i look 5 months pregnant in this pic.. =X

cousins.. =)

every year, it's the same..

once all the annual drinkin khakis arrived, we exercise our livers..

(it's only on cny that ALL of us managed to meet up together..)

we drink & eat alot.. & i mean ALOT..

on chu yi (by evenin 8++) .. we have finished 2 bottles of martell & at least 24 cans of tiger beer..

we got no mixers so we have no choice but to drink either with water or neat.. (up to individual's choice)

only the young ones get the "mixers" which is chrysanthemum tea.. =X

we had lots of laughters playin all the games..

it was great great great fun..!!

the second day we decided to be healthier..

so we suggested drinkin water instead of beer..

see the 2 bottles of water..?

we spilt into 2 groups & compete to see which group will finish the bottle of water first..

the loser team will have to drink a can of beer..

by the second round.. all of us were so bloated that we ALL went to the toilets to vomit water liao.. *haahaa*

& we decided it is a silly game to play..

we sticked to playin our usual games & drinkin instead..

one cousin suggested occasional drinkin sessions durin the weekends.. & not always wait till cny before all of us get to meet up together..

everyone is enthusiastic about the idea..

we just have to put in some effort & make time for each other..

i do hope to see & have fun with them more often.. =)

i slept very early last night coz i was really tired..

at 4plus in the mornin.. i woke up & went to have a walk around the neighbourhood..

there were shinnin stars in the still dark, pretty sky..

with very few people around, it was quiet and peaceful..

i walked aimlessly while listenin to 93.3 on my handphone..

i like the feelin..

unknowinly, i came to my destination..

i finally reached home at 6am..

climbed into bed.. read a chapter of "Eclipse" and decided to head to lala land.. =)

usually they are quite on time..

was talkin to my cousin who is one year older than me, online now..

am SO happy to hear that she is finally attached..!!

i drifted in & out of relationships.. complicated friendships.. whatever u call it..

she remained single..

she strongly believe in findin the one, or at least she tries to find the one who will be her first boyfriend cum hubby..

the boyfriend did mention somethin about marriage but she told me it won't be in another at least 2 years..

they knew each other for some time liao..

can tell they like each other lar.. but no one wanna open their golden mouths.. in fear of rejection maybe? thinkin if each likes the other or is it they think too much into the other's party actions..

so yes.. i m so very glad they are finally together..

& i do hope they will really get married one day..

the single me is still, so very hopeful in love..

ky passed me the 2 books liao..

but here am i in frankfurt.. without the books..

coz i can't remember where i kept them..

i meant to ask my mum but i forgot & i left home without them.. *argh*

went chinatown with b some time back..

surprisingly it wasn't crowded..

i guess with all the talks about the bad economy.. people are cuttin back their expenses in case they got retrenched after chinese new year.. or maybe people are not gettin their expected amount of bonuses..

i really controlled myself & managed to force myself to choose 4 out of the many cutie cows.. (i love cows u know?)

the person was so nice to ask if i prefer them to send it to my house or i would like to come down to collect it.. *IMPRESSED*

but i choose to collect it myself..

i mean.. handphone is already bein repaired foc.. don't waste their $$ on courier.. & most proberly no one is at home too.. so why waste the effort..

i was so sick yesterday that i thought i was dyin..

i felt so weak..

i kept on vomittin but nothin came out coz i had not eaten anythin..

i was shiverin badly & i feel like vomittin from time to time that i camped in the toilet with two duvets wrapped around me, for quite some time..

colleagues were really great.. i feel so grateful..

they don't even let me walked out, sayin i got no strength..

& they called for a wheelchair for me..

i thought it's really gonna be a wheelchair.. but it turns out not..

it's like a buggy car..

but still, it's my first time sittin on it.. *keke*

& lunch was bought & brought to me today..

unfortunately, one of my colleagues fell really sick..

tremblin badly as well..

i guessed i passed it to him.. =X

& i feel so bad..

especially coz he came to cover my duties & asked me to go take a rest.. otherwise he would not have fallen sick as we worked too far apart for me to pass the illness to him..

6 months have past since r & i broke up..

when r & i broke up.. i was very sad..

& then b appeared..

he was my poly friend.. & he lives very near me..

in the past we always went for supper together & i feel very comfortable even though we did not know each other for very long..

we slowly lost contact when he entered NS..

weeks before r & i broke up.. he msged me..

we went out for supper again..

initially i did not tell him about my relationship's problems..

until r & i broke up..

b knew that i was very sad.. & since he is clearin his NS leave.. he had alot of free time..

i cried to him.. & told him how sad i was.. how our our r.ship changes as the years pass etc..

i would ask him to accompany me run my errands.. like accompany me go ntuc buy things then go home.. or eat lunch with me..

sometimes when i can't sleep i would ask him bring me out for supper etc..

then i knew that he likes me..

r knew about his existance too..

as i spent more time with my friends & b.. i felt better..

but everytime i met r.. everythin crashes down again..

each time we meet up.. i would cry after that..

& b would console me..

i was dead drunk a couple of times..

though pissed.. b would come n pick me up & send me home..

but as time passes.. i really felt better..

r did not come into my mind every now & then le..

i thought of him lesser & lesser..

some things still remind me of the funny things we did together.. but i no longer feel sad..

at the same time.. i was spendin alot of time with b..

he was treatin me very nicely..

he asked me to be his gf.. but i rejected..

but he continued to be nice.. to be there for me..

i started to like him.. not alot.. but more than friends..

i would make me buy food to my house because i was lazy to go out.. or asked him to my house to help me pack luggage..

then i did like b more..

though not enough to be in a relationship.. or should i say not enough to hurt r by enterin into another relationship..

we were very close.. yet not a couple.. it's complicated..

his family thought i'm his gf.. we didn't bother to explain too..

very soon, before i knew it, half a year has past..

b told me all this while he felt that my heart still got someone else & that is r.. even though i said i like him.. he can never feel it..

initially when r & i broke up.. i believed we would patch back one day..

but as time passes.. this "belief" faded off..

anyway b & i are not contactin anymore..

he said he felt like a substitute for r..
he said i always wanted to protect r's feelings & choose to hurt him instead..
he said i should use e time to think who i really want..
he said he can feel i m very confused.. & he is very "xin ku" coz he knows no matter what he do, he will never be e one in my heart & he tried his best le..

i told him i did not treat him as a substitue.. the two of them are very different.. he replied, "yes..the biggest difference is that he is in your heart but i am not.."

haiz.. i really hope one day we will be friends again..

2008 is the year ~ i finished returnin a 11k debt..

last night after i returned back to the hotel after the Riyadh shuttle.. i was surprised to find my room door wide open..

however two of my colleagues were quite upset (their reactions are bigger than mine) that such a thing happened because all my stuff is in the room.. what if they got lost.. what if someone planted somethin inside my room coz the door was left so wide open..

one of them called the hotel's staff on my behalf..

the three of them refused to go back to their rooms despite my assurance and accompanied wait for the staff to arrive..

in the end they offered a change of room for me and a colleague offered me to wait in her room instead of mine while waitin for the staff to bring up my new room's key..

did i mention another colleague gave me a small bottle of her remainin solution for contact lenses because i forgot to bring mine.. =X

i feel so fortunate to have such colleagues.. =)

& i so love love this room..

goodbye my comfy & very messy room..

i enjoyed stayin in u these few days.. ^^

now i'm goin back to the comfort of my own bed.. *can't wait*

the best part is i ate all 4 "kongs" aka pincers.. *hahahahahahhaa*

& he willinly removed some of the crabs' legs' flesh for me..

& even though they knew it was a birthday celebration & we told them actually the birthday falls on the next day.. therefore we only needed the cake at 12mn.. they said they can only keep it for us till 2200hrs.. -_______-

so obviously we couldn't care less..

coz afew more friends are only joinin at 12mn as a surprise for hui.. (& coz they are workin.. so they couldn't pop by earlier)

the hotel staff actually came up to knock on our door with a super huge sized guy standin behind him (majiam threatenin us) & said "your guests have to leave"..

what kind of service is this..

i think it would be so much more fun & enjoyable if the hotel was more flexible..

anyway..

i'm not goin back to the hotel again..

i just came home after a 9.5 hour ktv session with jw.. *jaw drops*

haahaa.. we both find it unbelievable as well.. =P

okie.. i shall head to lala land now.. *tired*

before my ktv session.. i accompanied 3 people for lunch separately.. =P

if ricky knew.. he would niam me liao.. sayin i'm a PRO (public relations officer)..

but i had a great day today.. =)

B told me..

actually i really don't feel like seein u.. but see liao i don't feel like goin home..

on fri night i sort of forced him to meet me.. haahaa~

by repeatin "wo jiu shi jin tian yao kan dao ni.. ni lai meet wo hor.." to whatever questions he asked me..

in the end he gave in & came to my house..

everythin was pretty normal i would say..

we did not talk much about the week that past without each other..

i mentioned to him about R bein in KL with his girl.. & he told me alittle about his beautician - the girl who seems to love him alot, from what i see..

he asked if i'll be around for xmas (sadly i'm not) coz he has a xmas dinner at his aunt's house on the eve..

his mum already asked if i'm around for cny to go "bai nian".. hur~

he said his ah ma & mum kept askin him about me.. asked him where m i.. why wasn't he accompanyin me etc.. haahaa~

e next day he even accompanied me to jill's house to return the cabin bag she lent me.. & we happily went ntuc shoppin for tibits.. had lunch.. took a nap etc..

it was until evenin time when i was gettin ready for work he said, "i forgot we weren't supposed to so close.."

on fri i was a little pissed with R..

i was at nor's house till pretty late & he sms me..

told me he was at jb..

it was 2.30 in the mornin..

so i asked him to give me a mornin call at 4.30am..

coz he most prob should still be awake if he's still at jb at 2.30am..

anyway he did give me my mornin.. & told me he's usin his friend's hp..

i just "i know ar.. my caller id did not reflect ur name what.."

& he told me to sms him later when i go for work & we hung up..

i sms him & did not realise he did not reply..

it was only when i called him to ask about my internet thingy at 3++pm that i realised both his starhub & m1 lines showed "wrong number" when i dialled..

& it suddenly came to my mind that he did not reply my sms to him in the mornin at 5++.. & this is so unlike him..

i got alittle worried & sms him..

i called his home but there was no answer..

almost an hour later still no reply..

i called his house again & his mum answered.. & e worse thing is she recongnise my voice..

i just asked her where is R lar.. she replied that she didn't know & will help me to locate him.. askin me if my number is still the same..

i thought somethin happened to him in JB..

it was my last resort.. i sms the number which he used to call me.. askin that friend of his whether he/she knows how i can reach R..

5mins later.. the number called back & i recognised his voice..

he was in KL..!!!!

with his girl..

WTF right..

still keep on sayin his friend his friend.. pls lar.. your girl then your girl lar.. why refer her as friend..

seriously i was pissed off with him.. not for the reason he went KL with her but the fact i was worryin for nothin.. & there he was enjoyin himself in KL..

the next thing i did was to call back his mum to inform her that i managed to reach him liao..

i do not understand why she does not want to tell me that her son is in KL with his gf..

i do not believe she doesn't know R isn't in Singapore..

i do not understand why R tries to cover up the fact they are havin a short holiday in M'sia..

i do not understand why he still wants to hide this & that from me now that we are no longer together..

anyway..

then she started askin why we broke up..

i mentioned about the gamblin part.. but excluded the possessive + vulgarities part..

i wasn't lyin.. it was half true..

anyway everythin did not happen overnight.. it is snowballed.. can't expect me to explain everythin to her..

or maybe is because i myself, do not know the real reason or what gave me the courage/strength (or whatever u choose to call it) to end this relationship totally as well..

he got his "girl".. (i don't know what he calls her)

i got my "bi"..

we both are gettin on fine with our lives..

why wanna come back to me & upset the balance..

it's been almost 4 months since we broke up (time flies) & we both managed to get on with our lives pretty well now, yet maintainin the friendship between us.. i do think this is quite good..

& i hate it that he is disruptin the peace in my life now..
